Making Complex Collaborations Work

January 18, 2017 @ 9:00 AM10:00 AM PST

We live in a world of problems that are so complex — so tangled up with other problems, so non-linear, ambiguous, and interpenetrating — that they defy solutions and cannot be effectively addressed by any one organization or even by any one sector.

To address these complex problems, complex collaboration is a recognized necessity, though also notoriously difficult in practice. Through work across a variety of industries and contexts, we’ve found that while the WHY and the WHAT of collaborations often differ, the HOW is remarkably consistent.

Join Conveners.org as we host Zach Anderson of Converge to review principles and tools for making complex collaborations work using real world examples. A continuation of our conversations on building effective partnerships, this webinar will explore how to effectively manage collaborative networks and efforts. Come with questions and your own collaboration challenges to explore.  Please register here to join us on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at 9:00 am PST. Note: this webinar is only open to Conveners.org Members.

For more background on how to make complex collaboration work, read Converge’s blog post on the topic here.
