Making Complex Collaborations Work

We live in a world of problems that are so complex — so tangled up with other problems, so non-linear, ambiguous, and interpenetrating — that they defy solutions and cannot be effectively addressed by any one organization or even by any one sector.

To address these complex problems, complex collaboration is a recognized necessity, though also notoriously difficult in practice. Through work across a variety of industries and contexts, we’ve found that while the WHY and the WHAT of collaborations often differ, the HOW is remarkably consistent.

Join Conveners.org as we host Zach Anderson of Converge to review principles and tools for making complex collaborations work using real world examples.
