This online LEADEROSITY course is focused on a systems approach to solving problems – one that inspires others to look beyond their individual or organizational perspectives to consider a collective good.

 Learning the experiences of those directly affected by problems and how they themselves might be contributors

 Defining results and informing decision making through qualitative and quantitative data
