The Impact Investing Internship:

This spring, we are looking for a graduate school intern to work in our New York office 1 to 2 days per week to help us with the execution of our social justice investing research agenda that is informed by our recent impact investing advisor search. This reserch will build on Noyes’ history of responsible, sustainable and impact investing. Specific projects range from conducting research and coordinating the writing and production of a research publication that looks at Noyes history of social investing and the learnings from our recent impact investing advisor search to working with the president and finance committee to complete and ultimately document this process for the field. A key element of this work will be the exploration of the linkage between impact investing and social justice and the translation of our program goals into our investment strategy.

The candidate needs to have a strong passion for responsible investing (SRI, ESG, and Impact investing) and social justice and will be familiar with investment management concepts and products. The candidate can be studying any major, but preference will be given to students with a strong research skills and experience in investment management and research. We are seeking a strong mix of qualitative and quantitative skills. Exceptional writing skills are also required. Preference for students to spend at least one full 8 hour day on-site, but with the option to work the balance of their hours on site, on campus or remotely.
